The reception is open 24/7 so there is always someone helping you with all issues you might have. The receptionists serve you at least in Finnish and English but also occasionally in Swedish, French, German, Russian and Estonian. The reception provides also currency exchange, laundry service, taxi ordering, car hiring, wake up calls, Helsinki Cards, post cards and stamps just to mention a few. There is a good selection of maps and leaflets of local activities and restaurant brochures in the lobby.
